摘要 近年来,甲状腺癌患病率逐年增加,国内外对于甲状腺癌发生发展可能的基因展开了大量研究,发现甲状腺癌的发生发展与鼠类肉瘤滤过性毒菌致癌同源体B1(BRAF)基因的突变、重排有关。BRAF基因是甲状腺癌研究相对热门基因之一,在甲状腺癌特别是乳头状癌中检出率极高。BRAF基因突变与甲状腺癌的发生发展密切相关,测定BRAF基因不仅可以指导甲状腺癌的早期诊断,同时在疾病治疗方案制订、预后评估等应用中也具有较高的价值,是目前临床较认可的甲状腺癌高效风险预测分子标志物。 In recent years,the prevalence of thyroid cancer has been increasing year by year.A large number of studies on the genes that may occur in the development of thyroid cancer have been extensively carried out at home and abroad.It has been found that the development of thyroid cancer is associated with mutations and rearrangements of genes such as v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1(BRAF)gene.BRAF gene is one of the relatively popular genes in thyroid cancer research,which is highly detected in thyroid cancer,especially papillary carcinoma.The BRAF gene mutation is closely related to the onset and development of thyroid cancer,and the determination of this gene not only can realize the early diagnosis,but also has great value in the formulation of treatment plan and prognostic evaluation,so it is a clinically recognized high-efficiency risk prediction molecular marker for thyroid cancer.
