摘要 肠道病毒71型(EV-A71)是导致婴幼儿手足口病重症及死亡的主要病原体。近年来,该病毒在中国每年均有大范围的暴发,严重威胁婴幼儿健康并给公共卫生系统带来巨大负担。随着生物工程和制药技术的迅速发展,研发抗病毒药物的手段越来越多,包括对天然化合物的筛选、人工化合物的合成以及单克隆抗体的制备等。目前,EV-A71抗病毒药物的研究多处于基础实验阶段,高效抗病毒药物的缺乏仍是一个亟待解决的问题。这些基础实验探究了大量针对EV-A71复制周期的抗病毒药物,包括EV-A71的附着、进入、脱壳、多聚蛋白合成、RNA复制、病毒装配与释放等,为未来治疗EV-A71感染提供潜在思路。 Enterovirus A71(EV-A71)is a major pathogen of severe and dead cases of hand,foot and mouth disease in infants.In recent years,there have been large-scale outbreaks of EV-A71 every year in China,posing a serious threat to the health of children and an enormous burden on public health system.With the rapid development of bioengineering and pharmaceutical technology,there are more and more means to develop antiviral drugs,including the screening of natural compounds,the synthesis of artificial compounds,and the production of monoclonal antibodies.At present,the research on EV-A71 antiviral drugs is mostly in the basic experimental stage,and the lack of highly effective antiviral drugs is still an urgent problem to be solved.These basic experiments explored a large number of antiviral drugs targeting the replication cycle of EV-A71,including EV-A71 adhesion,entry,uncoating,poly protein synthesis,RNA replication,virus assembly and release,providing potential ideas for the future treatment of EV-A71 infection.
