摘要
论述公共卫生危机的概念及应对突发公共卫生事件的处理方法。分析新型冠状病毒肺炎的发生、救治过程及转归趋势,介绍公共卫生应急的预防、准备、反应、恢复(prevention,preparation,response,recovery,PPRR)模型,完善公共卫生危机管理。
This paper discusses the concept of public health crisis and the methods to deal with public health emergencies.It analyzes the occurrence,treatment process and turning trend of corona virus disease 2019,and introduces prevention,preparation,response,recovery(PPRR)mode of public health emergencies to improve the public health crisis management.
