地方科技文献共享平台建设的发展思考

Thinking about the Development of Local Science and Technology Literature Sharing Service Platform

地方科技文献共享平台在服务区域科技创新中起到了一定支撑作用,在大数据及新一代信息技术的背景下需要向智库服务转型,通过对21个地方科技文献共享平台进行科技文献与网络调研,结合科技情报机构的业务发展定位,提出地方科技文献共享平台向智库服务转型的建设内容,为地方科技文献资源的可持续发展提供参考与借鉴。

Local science and technology literature sharing platform plays a certain supporting role in serving regional science and technology innovation.However,under the background of big data and new generation of information technology,It needs to transform to think tank service.Through scientific and technological literature and network research of 21 local science and technology literature sharing platforms,and combining with the business development direction of scientific and technological intelligence agencies,this paper proposes the construction content of the transformation of local science and technology literature sharing platform to think tank,and also provides reference for the sustainable development of local science and technology literature sharing platform.
