摘要
类风湿关节炎(RA)是由免疫应答异常引起以炎症反应和关节破坏为特征的自身免疫性疾病,其发病机制尚未被完全阐明。目前发现广泛表达于各个细胞谱系中的Hippo信号通路在维持免疫系统稳态中具有重要作用,并可能参与RA的发病机制。本研究简要阐述了Hippo信号通路及其主要成员参与RA发病的研究进展。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is an autoimmune disease characterized by inflammatory response and joint destruction caused by abnormal immune response. At present, its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. It has been found that the Hippo signaling pathway, which is widely expressed in various cell lineages,plays an important role in maintaining the homeostasis of the immune system and may be involved in the pathogenesis of RA. This review briefly introduced the research progress of the Hippo signaling pathway and its major members involved in the pathogenesis of RA.
