椎-基底动脉扩张延长症患者发生后循环梗死的相关因素分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的:通过分析磁共振成像(MRI)及磁共振血管造影(MRA)图像探讨椎-基底动脉扩张延长症(VBD)患者发生后循环梗死的相关危险因素。方法:收集2014年1月至2018年6月徐州医科大学附属医院经MRI及MRA诊断为VBD的38例患者的临床资料,通过临床表现及MRI检查结果分为梗死组(发生后循环13例,34.2%)和非梗死组(未发生后循环梗死25例,65.8%),对2组患者基底动脉(BA)的直径、分叉高度评分、偏移度评分及磁共振FLAIR序列高信号(FVH)评分进行统计学分析。结果:梗死组患者BA直径、偏移度评分、总评分及FVH评分均明显大于非梗死组患者(Z=-3.305,P=0.001;Z=-2.555,P=0.011;Z=-2.298,P=0.022;Z=-2.943,P=0.003),2组患者BA分叉高度评分差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.965 P=0.335)。结论:VBD患者发生后循环梗死可能与BA直径、偏移度及FVH征有关。
