复发的抗NMDAR脑炎1例报道

摘要 自身免疫性脑炎(antibody-mediated encephalitis,AE)是一类以显著神经精神症状为特征的非感染性神经系统疾病,它的发病与针对神经元表面蛋白、离子通道和受体的抗体密切相关[1]。抗NMDAR型脑炎(anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor encephalitis)发病率最高,随着研究深入,时间推移,复发型抗NMDAR脑炎成为热点问题之一。目前复发型抗NMDAR脑炎的报道数量不多,资料有待充实,因此本文就我院诊治的1例复发型抗NMDAR脑炎病例进行报道。
