摘要
近年来对于食物过敏的关注度越来越高,食物过敏的患病率逐渐上升。食物过敏与呼吸道疾病(如过敏性鼻炎、哮喘)之间存在显著相关性,成为威胁儿童健康的主要问题之一。作为"过敏进程"的起始阶段,早期的食物干预或许可以降低过敏性鼻炎和哮喘的患病风险,但目前尚无统一的科学数据支持。婴幼儿是食物过敏的高发人群,因此寻找有效的防治食物过敏的措施尤为重要,其对减少"过敏进程"中呼吸道疾病的发生具有重要意义。
In recent years,there has been a growing focus on food allergy,the prevalence of which is on the rise. There is a significant correlation between food allergy and respiratory diseases( such as allergic rhinitis,asthma),which has increasingly become a major threat to children’s health. Early interventions for food allergy may reduce the risk of allergic rhinitis and asthma,although there is no consistent scientific data support yet. Infants are the population with high incidence of food allergy,so it is particularly important to find effective preventive and therapeutic measures,which is of great significance to reduce the incidence of respiratory diseases in allergy process.
