HHIP基因与COPD患者并发肺癌关系的研究进展

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)和肺癌是吸烟人群最常见的呼吸道疾病,肺癌是我国发病率最高的恶性肿瘤之一。COPD患者是肺癌的高危人群,但具体发病机制尚不清楚。近年来,Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路关键调解因子Hedgehog相互作用蛋白(HHIP)成为肺癌研究的热点。肺癌患者存在HHIP基因表达下调及Hh信号通路的异常激活,而COPD患者出现不明原因的HHIP基因表达下调,因此HHIP基因表达下调可能与COPD患者肺癌的发生密切相关。 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) and lung cancer are the most common respiratory diseases among smokers. Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China. COPD patients are at high risk of lung cancer,but the specific pathogenesis is not clear. In recent years,Hedgehog-interacting protein( HHIP),a key mediator of Hedgehog( Hh) signaling pathway,has become a hot topic in lung cancer research. The down-regulation of HHIP gene expression and the abnormal activation of Hh signaling pathway exist in lung cancer patients,while the down-regulation of HHIP gene expression also exists in COPD patients with unknown reason,indicating the down-regulation of HHIP gene expression may be closely related to the occurrence of lung cancer in COPD patients.
