摘要 Hippo信号通路通过调控细胞增殖及凋亡在大多数实体肿瘤的发生和生长过程中起重要作用。Hippo信号通路的激活能够影响肿瘤干细胞的发生、增殖、耐药和转移,通路中主要效应分子的表达对肿瘤的发生发展具有重要的调控作用。Yes相关蛋白(YAP)/含有PDZ结合位点转录共激活因子作为共转录因子发挥作用,调控肿瘤相关下游靶基因的转录,从而影响肿瘤的发生。在多种肿瘤中,Hippo/YAP信号通路在功能上与其他多种细胞通路相互作用,并在细胞分裂的调控中充当中心节点。因此,研究肿瘤细胞中Hippo信号通路主要效应蛋白的表达可以探究肿瘤的性质及发生发展情况。 The Hippo signaling pathway plays an important role in the occurrence and growth of most tumors by regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis. Its activation can affect the genesis,proliferation,drug resistance and metastasis of tumor stem cells. The expression of the major effector molecules in the pathway plays an important role in regulating the occurrence and development of tumors. In this kinase cascade,Yes-associated protein( YAP)/transcriptional co-activator with PDZ-binding motif,acting as a co-transcription factor,can affect the incidence of tumors by regulating the transcription of downstream target genes. The Hippo/YAP signaling pathway has been found to functionally interact with many other cellular pathways and act as a central node in the regulation of cell division in various cancers. Therefore,the study of the expression quantity of Hippo signaling pathway major effector proteins in cancer cells can help to explore the nature,occurrence and development of tumors.
