胆红素在慢性肾脏病中的研究进展

近年来,慢性肾脏病(CKD)的患病率逐年升高,其发生发展与机体氧化应激与免疫炎症反应密切相关。胆红素具有拮抗炎症反应、抗氧化应激的特性,可改善CKD患者的预后,故逐渐引起广泛关注。胆红素是一种内源性的强抗氧化剂,具有强大的抗氧化应激、清除自由基、减轻氧损伤能力,可提高患者抗氧化应激能力、抑制脂质过氧化。对胆红素在CKD中发挥保护作用的最佳范围及时机的进一步研究对减轻和延缓CKD的疾病进程、提高患者生活质量、改善不良预后具有重要意义,有助于临床医师对CKD患者的预后判断并对其进行及时有效的治疗。

In recent years,the prevalence of chronic kidney disease( CKD) has been increasing year by year,the occurrence and development of which is closely related to oxidative stress and immune inflammatory response. Bilirubin has the characteristics of anti-inflammation and anti-oxidative stress,which can improve the prognosis of CKD and has gradually attracted widespread attention. Bilirubin is a kind of endogenous strong antioxidant,with strong anti-oxidation stress,scavenging free radicals and reducing oxygen damage effect,which can improve the patients’ anti-oxidation stress ability and inhibit lipid peroxidation. Further study on the optimal scope and timing of bilirubin protection in CKD is of great significance to alleviation and delay of the disease process of CKD,improvement of the quality of life and the prognosis of the patients. It is helpful for clinicians to judge the prognosis of CKD patients and give timely and effective treatment.
