3D手术导板结合牙周骨皮质切开术的发展与应用 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,接受正畸治疗的成年人逐渐增多,传统骨皮质切开术创伤大、时间长,术后易引起并发症,如何缩短正畸治疗时间,实现牙周治疗的精准与微创越来越受到重视。3D导板结合牙周骨皮质切开术可个性化设计手术切口的位置、长度和深度,创建精准模型制作并打印3D导板,术中利用3D导板进行手术切开精准定位。3D手术导板结合牙周骨皮质切开术已成为国内外研究的热点,该技术可明显缩短手术时间,提高切开精准度,减小切口损伤,减轻患者术后不适。 In recent years,there are more adults receiving orthodontic treatment. Traditional corticotomy is traumatic,long-term,and easy to cause complications after operation. How to shorten the orthodontic treatment time,and realize the accurate and minimally invasive periodontal treatment are getting more and more attention. The 3D guide combined with periodontal corticotomy can individualize the position,length and depth of the surgical incision,create a precise model and print a 3D guide for precise positioning in the surgery. The 3D guide combined with periodontal corticotomy has become a hot topic in the domestic field and abroad. This technique can significantly shorten the operation time,increase the accuracy of incision,reduce the incision injury,and reduce postoperative discomfort.
