摘要
某厂区由于地面不均匀沉降造成计量撬及进、出口管道沉降。采用有限元分析方法中的子模型技术和应力分解技术对沉降管道进行应力分析,确定出沉降管道应力较大处为弯头和三通位置。针对管道的薄弱环节,对各抬升点进行模拟分析,指出抬升高度为90 mm时,弯头和三通的弯曲应力能够满足应力校核标准,此抬升高度可作为实际工程的指导抬升量。确定采用顶升方案对计量撬进行抬升,介绍了抬升过程要点及需注意的事项。计量撬抬升后,管道应力明显改善,计量撬的安全性得到提高,厂区设施的平稳运行得到保障。
Due to the uneven settlement of the ground in a certain plant area,the metering skid and its inlet and outlet pipelines were settled.The sub-model technique and stress decomposition technique in the finite element analysis method were used to analyze the stress of the settlement pipeline,and larger stress was recognized at the elbow and the tee of the settlement pipeline.In view of the weakness of the pipeline,simulation analysis of each lifting point was carried out which indicats a lifting amount of 90 mm is enough for the elbow and the tee stress check and can be taken as the guidance for lifting project.The lifting project was carried out by means of jacking,and the lifting process and matters were introduced.Through the lifting of the metering,the stress of the pipeline of metering was obviously improved,the safety of the metering was increased,and the operation of the facility in the plant area was guaranteed.
