摘要
介绍了内孔焊挠性薄管板废热锅炉管板冲蚀后管束内漏的故障情况。从结构设计、操作运行等方面分析了管板冲蚀失效的机理,制定了详细的管板堆焊修复方案,通过理论计算验证了修复后管板强度满足要求。修复后废热锅炉高负荷稳定运行超过1 a,工艺气出口温度满足生产要求,可为同类设备的故障修复及维护改进提供参考和借鉴。
The failure of inner leakage of tube sheet after erosion of tube sheet of waste heat boiler with inner hole welding flexible thin tube sheet was introduced.The mechanism of erosion failure of tube sheet was analyzed from the aspects of structure design and operation,a detailed repair plan for tubesheet surfacing was developed,and theoretical calculations verified that the strength of the tubesheet meets the requirements after repair.After the repair,the waste heat boiler runs stably under high load for more than 1 year,and the process gas outlet temperature meets the production requirements,which can provide reference for similar equipment failure repair and maintenance improvement.
