摘要 UP850-N型切粒机为聚乙烯生产的关键设备,从2017年开始出现多次切刀崩刃现象,严重制约了机组的平稳运行。结合现场实际,分析认为切刀进刀风压不变化、未执行切刀安装标准、切刀材质不满足工艺要求以及磨刀时切刀进刀风压偏高是造成切刀崩刃的主要原因,从优化转速与进刀压力关系曲线、严格执行切刀安装检修规程、更换切刀材质以及严格执行磨刀操作规程等方面,提出了切刀崩刃的解决方案,可为后续同类故障判断及解决提供可靠依据。 UP850-N pelletizer is the key equipment of cutting polyethylene collapse.Since 2017,there have been many times of cutting knife collapse,which seriously restricted the stable operation of the unit.According to the actual situation on the site,the analysis shows that unchanging wind pressure during the starting action process of the cutting knife,the cutting knife installation not meeting with the standards requirements,the cutting knife material not meeting with process requirements and the over high wind pressure during the cutting knife sharpening are the main reasons.From the optimization of the relationship between the speed and the pressure of the cutting knife,strict implementation of the cutting knife installation and maintenance procedures,replacement of the cutting knife material,and strict implementation of the sharpening operation procedures,a solution for cutting knife edge collapse was proposed,which can be used to determine and solve similar failures in the future.
