摘要
以衣康酸、对苯乙烯磺酸钠为试验原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,制备了一种新型的BS型阻垢剂,运用红外光谱检测出了其官能团的特征吸收峰。通过单因素实验条件及正交实验研究确定了最优反应条件为:反应时间为7.0 h,反应温度为80℃,n衣康酸∶n苯乙烯磺酸钠为1.3∶1.0,引发剂用量为3.0%,其阻垢率达到90%;通过单因素实验,设计了温度和浓度对BS型阻垢剂的影响,实验得出在反应温度为85℃,浓度为70 mg/L,其阻垢率达到88.6%。
A novel type of BS scale inhibitor was prepared by using itaconic acid,sodium p-styrene sulfonate as raw material and ammonium persulfate as initiator.The structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.Moreover,the optimal reaction conditions were determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experimental method as follows:reaction time and temperature were 7.0 h and 80℃,respectively,n ratio of itaconic acid to sodium n-styrenesulfonate was 1.3∶1.0,the amount of initiator used was 3.0%,its scale inhibition rate reached 90%.In addition,the influence of temperature and concentration on BS scale inhibitor was designed by single factor experiment.The experiment showed that the scale inhibition rate reached 88.6%when the reaction temperature was 85℃and the concentration was 70 mg/L.
