摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测三个品种桂圆核中Ca、Mg、Cu三种金属元素含量。Ca元素含量最高的为泸丰桂圆,为80.00 mg/kg;Mg含量在三个品种的桂圆核中基本一致;Cu在三个品种的核中含量都较低。方法回收率为98.8%~100.1%,说明采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测桂圆核中三种Ca、Mg、Cu金属元素的方法可行。桂圆核中的营养成分含量较高,除有一定的药效作用以外,也是开发保健食品或牲畜饲料的良好来源,以加大对桂圆核的回收利用。
The contents of Ca,Mg and Cu in three kinds of longan seeds were measured by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Lufeng longan had the highest content of Ca element,which was 80.00 mg/kg.The content of Mg was basically the same in the three varieties of longan.The content of Cu in the nucleus of three varieties was low.The method recovery was 98.8%to 100.1%,and the method of flame atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of Ca,Mg and Cu metallic elements in the seed of longan was feasible.The high nutrient content in the seed of longan not only has medicinal effect,but also is a good source of developing health food or animal feed,so as to increase the recycling of the seed of longan.
