摘要
介绍了一个利用薄层干化技术处理湿污泥(含水率80%)的工程实例。该工程规模设计200 t/d,主要工艺路线为利用电厂锅炉的余热蒸汽将80%含水率的湿污泥干化至30%~35%的含水率。该工程的系统主要包括污泥接收贮存与输料系统、污泥干化系统、尾气处理系统、干污泥储存输送系统。该工程应用验证了薄层干化技术在污泥干化工程中具有重要作用,对污泥干化项目具有指导意义。
An engineering example of treating wet sludge(moisture content 80%)by thin-layer drying technology was introduced.The scale of the project was designed to be 200 t/d,and the main process was using the waste heat steam of the power plant boiler to dry the wet sludge.The moisture content of sludge was dry from 80%to 30%~35%.The systems of the engineering mainly included sludge storage and transportation system,sludge drying system,tail gas treatment system,dry sludge storage and transportation system.The application of this engineering proved that the thinlayer drying technology played an important role in the sludge drying engineering,which had guiding significance for the sludge drying engineering.
