新型耐酸泡沫剂体系的研制及现场应用

Development and field application of new acid-resistant foam agent system

摘要 研制出一种新型耐酸泡沫剂配方体系KAF-1,对其发泡性能、泡沫稳定性以及岩心封堵性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,在酸性条件下(pH=3),当矿化度为5000mg/L,泡沫剂质量分数为0.5%时,泡沫剂体系的起始发泡体积达到500mL,泡沫半衰期6h以上;当矿化度为30000mg/L,泡沫剂质量分数为0.5%时,泡沫剂体系的起始发泡体积达到400mL以上,泡沫半衰期保持在6h以上,具有较好的发泡性能和泡沫稳定性;岩心封堵性能实验结果表明,在酸性(pH=3)条件下,当泡沫剂质量分数为0.5%、矿化度为30000mg/L、温度为60℃的情况下,KAF-1体系的阻力因子达到40以上,具有较好的岩心封堵性能。KAF-1耐酸泡沫剂在华北泉42-73井CO2增注现场试验结果表明,采取措施前无法注水,采取措施后日注水达到10m3/d以上,实现增注效果,保证了地层能量补充以及油井的正常生产。 An acid-resistant foaming agent formulation system KAF-1 was developed,and its foaming performance,foam stability and core plugging performance were studied.The experimental results showed that under acidic conditions(pH=3),when the salinity was 5000 mg/L and the foaming agent concentration was 0.5%,the initial foaming volume of the foaming agent system reached 500 mL and the foaming half-life was more than 6 hours.When the salinity was 30000 mg/L and the foaming agent concentration was 0.5%,the initial foaming volume of the foaming agent system reached over 400 mL,and the foam half-life was kept above 6 hours,which indicated that the foam agent system had good foaming performance and foam stability.The experimental results of core plugging performance showed that under acidic conditions(pH=3) and at the temperature of 60℃,when the concentration of foaming agent was 0.5%,and the salinity was 30000 mg/L,the resistance factor of KAF-1 system reached more than 40,and it had better core plugging performance.The field test results of KAF-1 acid-resistant foaming agent in Huabei Quan 42-73 well showed that after the measure,daily water injection could reach more than 10 m^3/d,thus realizing the effect of injection increase and ensuring formation energy supplement and normal production of oil wells.
