周晓虹清热和胃法联合脏腑辨证论治胃食管反流病

Professor Zhou Xiaohong's Experience in Treating Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease by Clearing Heat and Harmonizing Stomach Method Combined with Syndrome Differentiation of Zang-fu Viscera

周晓虹教授认为胃食管反流病病位在食道、胃,发病与肝、脾、肺、心等密切相关。胃为阳明腑,多气多血,气有余则易化火,扰动气血,气血壅而不通则气机逆乱,故治疗脾胃病多从清热和胃论治。周教授认为辨病抓主要病机病位,立治疗大法,个体则多表现为兼证的差异,分脏腑论治。本病治疗应清脾胃、肝热以和胃,根据兼证分别疏肝、润肺、清心、健脾,体现中医辨证的个体化和灵活性。

According to Professor Zhou Xiaohong,gastroesophageal reflux disease is located in the esophagus and stomach,which is closely related to liver,spleen,lung and heart.The stomach is Yangming fu and is full of qi and blood.If qi is surplus,it will easily change fire and disturb qi and blood.If qi and blood are blocked,the qi movement will be disordered.Therefore,the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases mainly depends on clearing heat and harmonizing stomach.Professor Zhou believed that the main pathogenesis and disease location should be identified,and the treatment method should be established.The individual mostly showed the difference of accompanying symptoms,and should be treated according to zang-fu viscera.The treatment of this disease should clear spleen,stomach and liver heat to harmonize stomach.According to the accompanying symptoms,it can disperse stag-nated liver qi,moisten lung,clear heart,strengthen spleen,which embodies the individualization and flexibility of TCM syndrome differentiation.
