税控燃油加油机质量分级方法及影响因素探析 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国汽车业的迅猛发展,燃油加油机的计量准确性日益受到人们的关注,其计量准确性直接关系到百姓利益[2]。中国石化旗下易派客平台以打造阳光、诚信、可信赖、负责任的工业品电商平台为愿景,秉承让采购更专业的核心理念,创新推出易派客标准体系。其核心产品质量评价标准是以用户为主导的工业产品量化分级评价体系,旨在打造行业标杆、产品标准、市场标尺,促进制造企业提升产品质量和制造标准。针对加油机质量分级方法和影响因素的不确定性,采用标准量器比对和控制变量法进行试验,得到了温度、流量、标准器等影响因素与试验结果的关系。结果表明,介质由枪口到量器内温差对试验结果存在较大影响。此外,流量的大小和稳定、标准量器的准确性都是保证数据可靠的重要因素。 With the rapid development of automotive industry in China,the measurement accuracy regarding the common people s interests of fuel dispensers are increasingly concerned.The Easy-pec platform under Sinopec built up its sincerity,honesty and very responsible commercial platform,launched Easy-pec s standard system around a core of purchasing aiming at product and marketing standards,and promoted product quality and manufacturing standards.In terms of the uncertainty of classification and influencing factories,comparison of standard tank and control variable are adopted achieving the relationship between temperature,flow and standard tank influence.Experimental results indicate that the oil temperature of refueling muzzle and fuel tank is of significant influence.In addition,the rate,stability of flow and the accuracy of measuring tank are the most important factories to insure the reliability of measuring data.
