摘要 在工业控制系统中,液位是一种十分普遍的研究对象。液位的监测与控制是系统功能实现必不可少的环节。液位的高低影响着工业控制的安全性,设计了远程液位监控系统。该系统运用STC12C5A60S2单片机作为下位机主控芯片,采用NRF905收发模块进行设计。水箱中的水位传感器将采集到的信号经下位机处理后,通过NRF905无线模块的发送端发送到另一端的接收主控芯片。然后,判断接收的水位信号,并将其发送并显示在主计算机接口。当水位低于设定值时,控制继电器给水泵通电泵给水箱加水。当水位达到一定高度以后,继电器关断水泵的供电。该系统采用了主从式结构,利用上位机对液位信息进行实时监控,下位机进行液位信息的采集,进而信息交互,实现远程监控系统的设计。从系统的测试情况看,各项指标都达到了预定的设计要求和功能,为工业控制中液位监控系统的控制和管理提供了方便。 In the industrial control system,the liquid level object is a very common research object.The monitoring and control of the liquid level object is an indispensable part of the system to realize its function.Aiming at the level of liquid level affecting the safety of industrial control,a remote liquid level monitoring system was designed.The system uses STC12C5A60S2 single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip of the lower computer,and adopts NRF905 transceiver module for design.The water level sensor in the water tank will process the collected signal and send it to the receiving main control chip of the other end through the transmitting end of the NRF905 wireless module.Go,then judge the received water level signal and send it and display it on the host computer interface.When the water level is lower than the set value,the control relay feeds the pump to the water supply tank to add water.When the water level reaches a certain height,the relay turns off the power supply of the water pump.The masterslave structure is adopted,the liquid level information is monitored in real time by the upper computer,the liquid level information is collected by the lower computer,and the information is exchanged to realize the design of the remote monitoring system.From the test situation of the system,all the indicators have reached the predetermined design requirements and functions,which provides convenience for the control and management of the liquid level monitoring system in industrial control.
