摘要 激光云纹测试技术成功用于金属材料的高温力学性能测定,零厚度金属光栅的栅线频率决定了试验的测量精度。论文探讨了温度和载荷对光栅栅线频率的影响,并计算出由此引起的测量误差:300℃下,温度热变形对铝合金测量引起的误差为0.84%,而载荷对铝合金测量引起的误差为0.17%;1 000℃下热变形对镍铬合金测量引起的误差为1.52%,而载荷引起的误差为0.34%,研究证实温度热变形是引起试验测量误差的主要因素,文章修正了材料在高温下力学性能的计算方法。 The Metal Mechanical Properties have been successfully tested by Moiré interferometer in high-temperature. The grating frequency of metal zero thickness determines the measurement accuracy in this experiment. This paper have discussed the influence of temperature and load to the grating line frequency, and calculated the measurement error. The error caused by thermal deformation is 0.84%, while caused by load is 0.17% for the aluminum alloy on 300 ℃. The error caused by thermal deformation is 1.52%, while caused by load is 0.34% for Ni-Cr alloy on 1 000 ℃. We can conclude that the thermal deformation of temperature is the main factor for the measurement error, and a modified calculation method is also proposed in this paper.
