百合病发病机制与治疗

Emotional Pathogenesis and Treatment of Baihe Disease

百合病的情志发病机制为机体受生理、心理、社会、自然等内外因素的影响,使情志失调、气机不畅、气血不和,从而导致心不舍神、肝部宣发功能受损、心理防御功能降低,最终形成百合病。百合病主要以调气、活血、养心神为治疗原则,以方药治疗为主。百合有生津清肺之效,故治疗百合病应以百合地黄汤为主方,在实际用药中再根据其兼证、变证适当配伍其他药物进行化裁治疗;同时以移情法、情志相胜疗法等心理治疗为辅,以使患者心情愉悦;日常还应注重情志护理,清心静气以养心神,增强意志以战胜病魔。

The pathogenic mechanism of Baihe disease is that the body is related to internal and external factors such as physiology,psychology,society,nature,etc.,which causes emotional disorders,impaired vitality,and discord between Qi and Blood and leads to abnormal spirit and injured Liver Qi dispersion,and the reduced psychological defense function,eventually causing baihe disease. Baihe disease is mainly treated by regulating Qi,promoting Blood circulation and nourishing the mind,and is mainly treated with proper TCM prescriptions. Baihe (Lilium brownii) has the function of producing Jin and clearing Lung Heat,so Baihe Dihuang Decoction should be used as the main formula in treating the disease. In clinical practices use,it can be modified according to different symptoms. At the same time psychotherapy such as empathy method and emotional victory therapy can be supplemented to make patients feel happier. Daily care should also focus on emotional care,calming the mind and strengthening the will so as to cure the disease.
