摘要
振法为临床常用的推拿手法,即以指端或手掌做垂直于体表的快速震颤运动,可用于治疗脊柱及脏腑相关疾病。操作时,不同的着力部位会产生不同的作用,临床应用需"随证施术"。振法的操作难度大且要求高,临床若要熟练操作、运用自如,不仅需要长期不间断的手法练习,还应加强自身的功法锻炼,将功法输注于手法。振法可对神经细胞、血流动力学产生影响,调节、改善组织器官的生理功能,且有明显的热效应。但目前振法的相关研究仍存在一些问题:对于振法频率、时间、力度等的研究尚处于百家争鸣状态,缺乏客观、统一的规范和标准;振法的演变手法较多,但缺乏对其生物动力学效应机制的深入研究。因此,今后需进一步深化对振法及其演变手法颤压法、松振法等的生物动力学研究,进行详细的理论阐述;同时,在临床上详细记录其生物动力学参数,统一标准,规范操作的着力部位、作用方向、振源、力度、频率等,以推动振法及中医推拿的发展和创新。
Vibration is a commonly used massage technique in clinical practice,that is,the fingertip or palm is used to perform rapid tremor motion perpendicular to the body surface,which can be used to treat spine and viscera related diseases. During the operation,different parts of the stress will have different effects,and clinical applications need to be "operated with the certificate. " The operation of vibration method is difficult and demanding. To be proficient in operation and easy to use in clinic,not only need long-term uninterrupted manual practice,but also strengthen its own exercises and infusion of exercises. Vibration can affect nerve cells and hemodynamics,regulate and improve the physiological functions of tissues and organs,and has obvious thermal effects. However,there are still some problems in the related research of vibration law: the research on the frequency,time,and intensity of vibration law is still in a state of controversy,lacking objective and unified norms and standards;there are many evolutionary methods of vibration law,but there is a lack of biological methods. In-depth study of the mechanism of dynamic effects. Therefore,in the future,it is necessary to further deepen the biological dynamics research of the vibration method and its evolution technique flutter pressure method,loose vibration method,etc.,and carry out detailed theoretical elaboration;at the same time,clinically record its biodynamic parameters in detail,uniform standards,and specifications The focus part of the operation,the direction of action,the source of vibration,the intensity,the frequency,etc.,to promote the development and innovation of vibration method and TCM massage.
