益气化瘀、消癥杀胚法治疗胎盘植入

Treatment of Placental Implantation with Yiqi Huayu and Xiaozheng Shapei Method

目的:观察益气化瘀、消癥杀胚中药产妇康煎剂对于胎盘植入患者的人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,HCG)、宫腔植入胎盘面积吸收及排出情况、子宫体积的影响。方法:纳入符合诊断标准的胎盘植入患者35例,脱落2例,余33例患者口服产妇康煎剂,10 d为1个疗程,共治疗3个月。观察患者治疗前后的子宫复旧情况、检测宫腔内胎盘植入面积、HCG含量。结果:治愈29例,有效4例,无效0例,治愈率87.88%,有效率为100%。患者治疗后HCG水平较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。患者治疗后子宫体积较治疗前显著缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。患者治疗后胎盘植入面积较治疗前明显缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:产妇康煎剂对于胎盘植入患者可促进宫腔内植入胎盘吸收及排出、促进子宫复旧,可以减少晚期产后出血,保留患者子宫及生育功能,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effects of Chanfukang Decoction,a traditional Chinese medicine functioning in Yiqi Huayu,Xiaozheng Shapei,on the absorption and excretion of HCG,uterine implanted placenta,and uterine size.Methods:Thirty-five patients with placental implants meeting the diagnostic criteria were included,and two patients fell off.The remaining 33 patients received"Chanfukang Decoction"orally for 10 days as a course of treatment for a total of 3 months.Observe the uterine restoration before and after treatment,detect the intrauterine placenta implantation area,and the changes of blood human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG).Results:29 cases were cured,4 cases were effective,and 0 cases were ineffective.The cure rate was 87.88%,the effective rate was 12.12%,the ineffective rate was 0%,and the effective rate was 100%.After treatment,the blood HCG value was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The uterine size of the patients after treatment was significantly smaller than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the area of placenta implantation decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Chanfukang Decoction can promote the absorption and excretion of placenta implanted in the uterine cavity,promote the uterine restoration,and it can reduce the postpartum hemorrhage,preserve the uterus and fertility function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
