The methods are as follows. ① Attention is paid to the management of equipment purchase,including the selection of equipment,the uniformity of models,and the purchase of vulnerable parts. ② The selected maintenance mode is appropriate. ③ The effective operation rate of the equipment is improved. ④ The equipment is repaired and maintained carefully. ⑤ Sound,scientific and reasonable rules and regulations are established. ⑥ Scientific and advanced technical and economic indicators are formulated. ⑦ Cost management education is strengthened. ⑧The repair of the old and the recycling of the waste,and energy saving and reduction in consumption are promoted. ⑨ Technical improvement is strengthened. ⑩A monitoring system is established to highlight the economic management of equipment.
