艾灸早期介入防治新型冠状病毒肺炎方案:成人:取普通艾条2支,同时点燃,距离穴位2~3 cm,依次悬灸中脘、关元、双侧足三里,每穴灸15 min,每日1次,5 d为1个疗程。易上火者加灸双涌泉穴15 min,灸后饮淡盐水150 mL。小儿:取艾条1支,点燃,距离穴位2~3 cm,灸身柱、肺俞,至潮红为度,隔日1次,连灸3次。轻型患者:取普通艾条2支,同时点燃,距离穴位2~3 cm,取背部膀胱经大杼、风门、肺俞,循经上下来回施灸,待皮肤潮红,成人再按第1条灸法施灸,小儿加灸身柱穴,每日1次,5 d为1个疗程。
