张珍玉“唯取都气加黄芪”治疗消渴

Professor Zhang Zhenyu’s Experience of"Getting Du Qi by Adding Huangqi(Astragalus)"to Treat Xiaoke Syndrome

张珍玉教授就消渴的临床治疗提出了"治消无分上中下,唯取都气加黄芪"的学术观点,认为消渴的基本病机包括两方面:一者为阴津亏损,二者为燥热偏胜,并且以阴虚为本,燥热为标,两者互为因果,燥热甚则阴愈虚,阴愈虚则燥热更甚。病变脏腑主要是在肺、胃、肾三脏,尤其以肾为关键。在治疗上时常遵循"唯取都气加黄芪"的治疗思想,将都气丸变汤剂加黄芪来治疗消渴,每获良效。

Professor Zhang Zhenyu put forward the academic view that"there is no difference between the upper,middle or the lower Burner in treatment of Xiaoke Syndrome,and getting Du Qi by using Huangqi(Astragalus)only is the best policy.He thinks that the main pathogenesis of Xiaoke is Yin deficiency and internal Heat and both of them act to each other as reciprocal causation.The injured Zang and Fu are Lung,Stomach and Kidney,with Kidney injury being the most serious factor.Therefore,in the treatment of the syndrome,we often follow the treatment idea of"getting Du Qi by using Huangqi(Astragalus)".Turn Du Qi Pill into Du Qi Decoction and add Huangqi(Astragalus)in the prescription.It is of great clinical significance with satisfying efficacy.
