基于关联规则的半夏用药规律分析

Analysis of the Medication Rules of Rhizoma Pinelliae Based on Association Rule

目的:基于关联规则探讨半夏用药配伍规律。方法:以"半夏"为主题,在中国知网进行搜索,纳入符合标准的文献249篇,使用Excel 2013工作表、SPSS Modeler 14.1、SPSS Statistics 19.0统计软件为工具,对符合纳入标准的中药进行频数分析、关联规则分析。结果:符合纳入标准的249首组方中,单味中药半夏(249次,100%),甘草(198次,79.52%),茯苓(122次,49.00%),黄芩(120次,48.19%),黄连(119次,47.79%)出现频率最高;在性味统计中,药性集中在寒(12种,46.20%)、温(8种,30.77%);药味苦(17种,38.64%)、甘(11种,25.00%)、辛(11种,25.00%)较为常见;归经中脾(17种、21.25%)、肺(16种、20.00%)、胃(15种、18.75%)最为常见。关联规则分析中得到关联强度最高的药对组合18种。结论:运用现代信息技术,将中医临床资料与大数据相结合进行深层次分析整合,可更方便挖掘中药半夏潜在配伍规律。半夏常与甘草、茯苓、黄连等配伍使用。

Objective:To explore the medication rules of Rhizoma Pinelliae based on association rule.Methods:Taking Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae)as the theme,we searched in the CNKI retrieval interface and included 249 articles that met the standards.Using Excel 2013 worksheet,SPSS Modeler 14.1 and SPSS Statistics 19.0 statistical software as tools,we analyzed the frequency and association rules of the Chinese medicine included in the standards.Results:Among the 249 prescriptions included in the standard,the single Chinese materia medica Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae)(249 times,100%),Cancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae)(198 times,79.52%),Fuling(Poria)(122 times,49.00%),Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae)(120 times,48.19%)and Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis)(119 times,47.79%)were the most frequent.In the statistics of property and taste,the Chinese materia medica was concentrated in cold(12 species,46.20%),warm(8 species,30.77%);bitter(17 species,38.64%),sweet(11 species,25.00%),pungent(11 species,25.00%)were common,and spleen(17 species,21.25%),lung(16 species,20.00%),stomach(15 species,18.75%)were the most common channel tropism.In association rule analysis,18 medicine pair combinations with the highest association strength were obtained.Conclusion:Using modern information technology,combining clinical data of Chinese medicine with big data for deep analysis and integration,it is more convenient to explore the potential compatibility law of Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae).Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae)is often used in combination with Cancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Fuling(Poria),Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis),etc.
