空分装置冷箱泄漏分析与处理

COLD BOX LEAKAGE ANALYSIS AND TREATMENT OF AIR SEPARATION

结合空分装置冷箱泄漏处理的事例,分析冷箱泄漏现象、风险,针对不同泄漏情况采取相应的应急处理措施,保证冷箱安全生产。通过停车检修,采取将粗氩塔系统从分馏塔隔断的改造措施,消除漏点,达到了预期目的。

Taking the air separation cold box leakage treatment as an example,this article analyzed the cold box leakage and its risk. The appropriate emergency responses were taken for different leakage situations in order to maintain the safe production of cold box, such as stopping the plant for maintenance, separating the crude argon column from the fractionating column, and eliminate leakage points.
