摘要
介绍大颗粒尿素生产装置高压液氨泵泵轴损伤在线修复的过程。通过对常用的修复方法进行比较,选择使用金属修补剂对泵轴损伤部位进行修复,效果良好并成功投入使用,有效避免了高压液氨泵的解体大修,大大降低了检修费用和难度,减少了检修时间。
This paper introduces a method of repairing the damaged pump shaft of high pressure liquid ammonia pump in large granular urea plant. By comparing the common repairing methods, the metal repairing agent is selected to repair the damaged part of the pump shaft. It has been put into use successfully with good results. It effectively avoids the disintegration and overhaul of high pressure liquid ammonia pump and greatly reduces the overhaul cost, time and difficulty.
