摘要
针对目前循环水回水余压回收方式,提出采用水轮机驱动电机发电的形式,与传统通过水轮机替代电机驱动冷却风机相比,有效解决了因回水余压能与驱动电机不匹配,或运行期间水轮机发生故障不能正常运行,导致的冷却塔散热能力下降、季节性变化、冷却风机停运期间余压能不能全部回收等问题。
Hydroelectric generating set was used instead of the present circulating water back pressure recovery system. Comparing with tranditional method of cooling fan driven by hydroturbine in stead of electric motor, hydroelectric generating set could effectively solve the problem of driving motor unmatched with return back pressure, or the problem of abnormal operation caused by the failure of hydroturbine, which leads to the decrease of heat dissipation capacity of the cooling tower, and the incomplete recovery of back pressure during seasonal change, or during the period of cooling fan stop.
