摘要
介绍甲醇合成工艺技术的流程及副产蒸汽减压运行情况,分析饱和蒸汽在减压过程中的有效能损失,通过采用饱和蒸汽汽轮机拖动异步发电机组代替减压装置,合理利用饱和蒸汽压差先进行差压发电再用于工艺生产,将低压饱和蒸汽压差能量转化为高品质的电能,提高了装置能效。
The process flow of methanol synthesis and the operation of steam reducer were introduced.By analyzing the loss of available energy during pressure reduction of saturated steam, and using saturated steam turbine combined with asynchronous generator instead of steam reducer, the energy of pressure drop of saturated low pressure steam was converted into high quality electric power. The benefit and efficiency of the plant were enhanced.
