摘要
本文利用水相加热回流和水热法制备出用巯基乙酸作为稳定剂的CdTe量子点。这种量子点可溶于水且发射波长可调控,发光性能较好。同时,研究了合成CdTe量子点过程中的反应温度、反应时间、抗光漂白、pH、日光照射等对CdTe量子点发光性能的影响,甄选出最优最稳定的合成条件。
CdTe quantum dots with thioglycolic acid as stabilizer were prepared by hydrothermal reflux and hydrothermal methods.The quantum dot is soluble in water and its emission wavelength is adjustable.At the same time,the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,anti-light bleaching,pH and sunlight on the luminescence performance of CdTe quantum dots during the synthesis of CdTe quantum dots were researched,than the optimal and most stable synthesis conditions were selected.
