摘要
对一株贝莱斯芽孢杆菌F170062菌发酵产生的脂肽类化合物进行发酵条件优化及其分离工艺探索。通过对F170062菌的发酵培养基及发酵时间的考察,确定了合适的发酵培养基及最佳的发酵时间。通过溶剂沉淀工艺及水洗工艺,将脂肽的纯度从3.54%提高到了16.01%,这为脂肽类化合物的分离在工业化上的应用提供了一种新思路。
The optimizaiton of fermentation and the study of separation of lipopeptides produced by Bacillus velezensis F170062 were explored.The appropriate fermentation medium and the optimum fermentation time were determined by investgating of fermentation medium and time.The purity of the lipopeptides was increased from 3.54%to 16.01%through the solvent precipitation process and the water washing process,which provided a new idea for the separation of lipopeptides in industry applications.
