摘要
依据溶度参数理论,通过实测方法(模拟工业化生产)对部分醇、醚进行混调,得出合适的聚烯烃悬浮液的主介质;根据影响悬浮型减阻剂稳定的因素,对其存放稳定性和耐高低温性能进行考察,由此确定聚烯烃悬浮液的最佳工业生产配方。
According to the solubility parameter theory,the suitable main medium of polyolefin suspension was obtained by mixing some alcohols and ethers in the simulated industrial production.According to the factors affecting the stability of suspension drag reducer,the storage stability and high and low temperature resistance of suspension were investigated,and the optimum industrial production formula of polyolefin suspension was determined.
