摘要
本文首次合成了美国药典中规定的佐米曲普坦相关杂质B和E。两个杂质均经1H NMR,13CNMR,MS,IR和元素分析确证。所得杂质纯度高,收率好,易于操作。同时对该杂质的产生原因进行了分析,对今后佐米曲普坦API的生产提供指导。
In this paper,the related impurities B and E of Zolmitriptan in USP were synthesized for the first time.Both impurities were by NMR,MS,IR and elemental analysis.These impurities have high purity,good yield and easy operation.At the same time,the causes and mechanisms of the impurities were analyzed to provide guidance for the industrial production of levartinib in the future.
