摘要
本文介绍了一种伊马替尼杂质的制备方法。它是以化合物1与N-甲基哌嗪发生反应,制备伊马替尼杂质(目标化合物2).本制备方法简单,反应条件要求低,产品的纯度高,收率高,适宜工业化生产,合成的杂质可以用于杂质的定性和定量分析,从而可以提高伊马替尼的用药安全性。
The invention discloses a preparation method of imatinib impurities.It is based on the reaction of compound 1 reacts with N-methylphenazine to prepare imatinib impurities(target compound 2).The preparation method of the invention is simple,the reaction conditions are low,the purity of the product is high,the yield is high,and it is suitable for industrial production.The synthetic impurities can be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of impurities,thus improving the safety of imatinib's medication.
