HPLC-MS/MS法检测花生中咯菌腈的残留量

摘要 建立了高效液相色谱串联质谱法检测花生仁和秸秆中咯菌腈的残留分析方法。样品经乙腈和水混合溶液提取、净化后,高效液相色谱串联质谱仪检测,外标法定量。结果表明,咯菌腈在花生仁和秸秆中平均添加回收率为92%~105%,相对标准偏差为5%~8%。咯菌腈在花生仁和秸秆中定量限分别为0. 01 mg/kg和0. 05mg/kg。该方法快速简便,准确可靠。 The method for determining fludioxonil residue in peanut seed and plant was established based on HPLC-MS/MS.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and water mixture,purified and detected.The quantitative analysis of external standard calibration curves was used.Results showed that the average recoveries of fludioxonil in peanut seed and plant were 92%~105%,the relative standard deviations were 5%~8%.The limit of quantification for fludioxonil in peanut seed and plant were 0.01 mg/kg and 0.05mg/kg.The method is fast,simple,accurate and reliable.
