摘要
应用优化设计方法建立了超临界水氧化装置反应器筒体结构尺寸的优化设计数学模型。该模型以反应器壳体耗材质量最少为优化目标,结合超临界水氧化技术的工艺特点,以反应器处理量和容积限制、安全强度限制、反应时间、长径比、外内径比、参数非负性几个因素为条件建立了约束函数,做了实例设计。
A mathematical model for optimal design of supercritical water oxidation reactor tube structure size was established through using the method of optimization method.In this model,the quality minimum of reactor shell was taken as optimization goals.Combined with the characteristics of supercritical water oxidation technology constraint functions were established in the conditions of several factors such as reactor handling capacity limit,safety strength limit,reaction time,ratio of length to diameter,ratio of outside diameter to inside,non-negative of parameter,and taking a project design as an example.
