摘要
本文主要研究千度级空气预热器在余热回收领域的应用。从千度级空气预热器的结构进行分析:单管补偿器结构,保证设备运行稳定、延长设备使用寿命;环向进风结构,延长单管补偿器使用寿命;内保温结构,降低壳体温度;双管板+冷却风结构,降低双管板温度,保证设备性能。从经济效益和环境效益进行分析:千度级空气预热器节能减排效果明显,在低热值燃料的燃烧领域也有良好应用前景。
This paper mainly studies the application of thousand-degree air preheater in the field of waste heat recovery.Analysis from the structure of a thousand-degree air preheater:The single-tube compensator structure guarantees stable equipment operation and prolongs the service life of the equipment;Annular air inlet structure,prolonging the service life of single tube compensator;The inner insulation structure reduces the temperature of the shell;Double tube sheet+cooling air structure reduces the temperature of the double tube sheet to ensure equipment performance.Analysis from economic and environmental benefits:The thousand-degree air preheater has obvious energy saving and emission reduction effects,and also has good application prospects in the field of low-calorie fuel combustion.
