基于化工生产技术技能竞赛要求,对接行业国家职业标准和专业教学标准,深入开展岗位能力分析,形成化工技术类专业核心技能体系。以化工生产技术技能竞赛项目为主线,重构了化工生产技术职业技能竞赛为主导的"课赛融通"的化工技术类专业人才培养课程体系,将职业技能竞赛标准移植到课程考核标准中,提升学生的职业素养,探索了职业技能竞赛与化工技术类专业教学改革有效融合方式。

Based on the requirements of skills competition on chemical production technology,the national vocational standards and teaching standards of the major are connected by carring out the post ability analysisin depth.As a result,the core skills system of chemical technology specialty is formed.The effective integration mode of vocational skills competition and teaching reform of chemical technology is explored.The talents training curriculum system of chemical technology is reconstructed on the base of the projects of chemical production technology skills competition.Dominated by chemical production technology professional skills competition,the curriculum system is the combination of teaching and competition.It transplants the professional skills competition standard into the curriculum assessment standard,which improves the vocational quality of students.
