MSN综合高效烟气净化工艺研究

摘要 在仔细研究烟气脱硫技术的基础上,为了实现比FGD传统工艺更加高效的烟气净化率,针对吸收塔浆液循环泵运行方式、氢氧化镁浆液制备系统、副产品脱水系统等存在的问题进行优化改进,提出了一体化的MSN氧化镁脱硫脱硝的烟气净化工艺;同时,在保证高效的脱硫脱硝效率的前提下,提升对脱硫废水的处置能力和副产品的回收效率。有利于对提高企业的经济效益作出合理化建议,从而实现企业在经济、环保两方面双赢。 On the basis of careful study of flue gas desulfurization technology,in order to achieve a more efficient flue gas purification rate than the traditional FGD process,optimized and improved the problems existing in the operation mode of the absorption tower slurry circulation pump,the magnesium hydroxide slurry preparation system,and the by-product dehydration system,an integrated MSN magnesium oxide desulfurization and denitration process is proposed.At the same time,under the premise of ensuring efficient desulfurization and denitrification efficiency,the disposal capacity of desulfurization wastewater and the recovery efficiency of by-products are improved.It is conducive to rationalizing the economic benefits of enterprises,so as to achieve a win-win situation for both enterprises in economic and environmental protection.
