摘要
碳化钼作为一种性能优异的催化剂,广泛应用于各个领域中.通过一种简便而通用的方法,制备了三维结构的Mo 2C/CNTs复合材料.首先在泡沫铜表面上通过CVD的方法生长了碳纳米管(CNTs)复合材料,进而通过PVD的方法在CNTs表面溅射了单质Mo,在900℃下经碳化处理形成Mo 2C.通过调控碳纳米管在泡沫铜表面的生长以及溅射的钼源量,经探索得出,当碳纳米管生长时间为6h,金属钼溅射时间为90s时,最终可得到了三维网线结构的Mo 2C/CNTs复合材料.
As an excellent catalyst,molybdenum carbide is widely used in various fields.In this paper,a three-dimensional Mo 2C/CNTs composite was prepared by a simple and versatile method.Firstly,carbon nanotubes(CNTs)composites were grown by CVD on the surface of copper foam,and then a simple substance Mo was sputtered on the surface of CNTs by PVD.Finally,Mo 2C was formed by carbonization at 900℃.By regulating the growth time of carbon nanotubes and the time of sputtering molybdenum,it is found that when the CNTs growth time is 6h and the molybdenum sputtering time is 90s,the three-dimensional network structure Mo 2C/CNTs composites can be obtained.
