互联网“微创业”背景下共青团创业指导路径

Micro-entrepreneurship of Internet:The Study of Entrepreneurship Instructions of Communist Youth League

青年人是当今社会创新创业的主要群体,互联网微创业的兴起,解决了该群体资金匮乏、创业面窄等创业困扰,为青年创业开辟了新的路径和局面。本文对互联网微创业的特色和优势进行梳理和研究,并针对青年人互联网微创业指导缺乏等问题,从共青团创业指导精品课程打造、新媒体平台运用、共青团特色活动扩展等角度,结合高校共青团工作实际案例,建构共青团互联网微创业就业指导路径,为共青团创业指导工作提供建议。

Teenagers are the primary groups of innovation and entrepreneurship in modern society.The springing of micro-entrepreneurship of internet settles the deficiency of capitals of teenager groups and the obsessions like the restriction of entrepreneurship offer the new path and situation for teenager entrepreneurship.This article has arranged and researched the characteristics and advantages,focusing on the teenagers’lack of guidance for micro-entrepreneurship of internet.Conducting researches on the employment guidance for the micro-entrepreneurship of internet and offering suggestions for the Communist Youth League combine with the practical work cases of the Communist Youth League in universities based on the aspects like creation of exquisite curricula of employment guidance for the Communist Youth League,application of new media platform and expansion of featured activities.
