摘要
硝酸钠作为光伏压延玻璃的一种重要化工原料,其品质影响玻璃成品的质量。以GB/T 1891-2007《食品添加剂硝酸钠》及前人经验为基础,利用盐酸转化法对硝酸钠的含量进行测定,滴定过程硝酸银标准溶液浓度以及铬酸钾指示剂用量对试验结果有所影响。通过多次对硝酸银标准溶液浓度以及铬酸钾指示剂用量的调整,最终确定了测定硝酸钠含量的可行性方法。
Sodium nitrate is an important chemical raw material for photovoltaic rolling glass. Its quality determines the quality of glass. Based on GB/T 1891-2007 "Food additive-Sodium nitrate" and previous experience, the content of sodium nitrate is determined by hydrochloric acid conversion method. In the titration process, the concentration of silver nitrate standard solution and the amount of potassium chromate indicator affect the test results. By changing the concentration of silver nitrate standard solution and the amount of potassium chromate indicator, the feasible method for determining the content of sodium nitrate was finally determined.
