随着互联网科技的蓬勃兴起,人工智能时代已经来临,我国玻璃行业必须向智能化方向发展。基于自身转型升级需求,国内有一部分玻璃工厂已经开始对原有工厂、车间进行智能化升级改造,但很大一部分玻璃工厂工艺和生产设备还处于较为落后的水平。通过分析玻璃行业在向智能化转变的过程中遇到的问题,从建立数字化玻璃工厂、利用Web技术打造一站式管理模式入手,充分发挥虚拟仿真技术,分析玻璃工厂的智能升级。

With the booming of internet technology and the advent of artificial intelligence, China’s glass industry must develop to the intelligent direction. Based on their own requirements for transformation and upgrading, some domestic glass factories have begun to upgrade their original factories and workshops intelligently.However, a large number of glass factories are still at a relatively backward level of technology and equipment. By analyzing the problems encountered in the transformation towards intelligence process, starting from the establishment of digital glass factory and employing Web technology to create a one-stop management model, giving full play to virtual simulation technology, the intelligent upgrading status is discussed.
