摘要
颅内动脉瘤是动脉的异常扩张,是全世界范围内导致残疾和死亡的一个重要原因。动脉瘤的评价和治疗常常涉及多个医学学科。特别是复杂动脉瘤的诊断以及治疗方法的选择,极大关系着患者的预后。近几年国内外影像学检查、诊断方面新观点的提出以及放射介入治疗新材料新技术的应用,在颅内动脉瘤诊疗上不断取得令人满意的疗效,比如多种血流导向装置的广泛使用。本文主要介绍颅内动脉瘤诊断及治疗进展。
An intracranial aneurysm is an abnormal expansion of the arteries and is an important cause of disability and death worldwide.The evaluation and treatment of aneurysms often involve multiple medical disciplines.In particular,the diagnosis of complex aneurysms and the choice of treatment methods are highly relevant to the prognosis of patients.In recent years,the introduction of new viewpoints in imaging examination and diagnosis at home and abroad,and the application of new materials and techniques for radiointerventional treatment,have consistently achieved satisfactory results in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms,such as a wide range of blood flow guiding devices.use.This article aims to make a comprehensive introduction about the recent advances in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms.
