MRI血管成像技术对椎动脉狭窄程度评估的运用价值

Value of MRI angiography in evaluating the degree of vertebral artery stenosis

目的:研究观察MRI血管成像技术对于椎动脉狭窄程度评估的应用价值。方法:选择自2018年5月-2019年5月我院收治的40例行MRI血管成像技术检测并作了数字减影血管造影术(DSA)的患者椎动脉资料进行研究分析,对比观察效果MRI血管成像技术对于椎动脉狭窄程度的评估。结果:所有患者经DSA诊断显示左椎动脉狭窄16例、右椎动脉狭窄24例,经MRI血管成像显示左椎动脉狭窄13例、右椎动脉狭窄23例,检出总狭窄率为90.0%;与DSA诊断结果对比差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在临床中采用MRI血管成像技术检测可对可疑颅内动脉狭窄患者进行早期识别诊断,具有较高的检出准确性,且操作简便,能作为首选检查方式普及应用。

Objective To study the application value of MRI angiography in evaluating the degree of vertebral artery stenosis.Methods 40 patients with vertebral artery stenosis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were examined by MR angiography.The data of vertebral artery were analyzed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA).The effect of MR angiography was compared to evaluate the degree of vertebral artery stenosis.Results 16 cases of left vertebral artery stenosis and 24 cases of right vertebral artery stenosis were diagnosed by DSA.13 cases of left vertebral artery stenosis and 23 cases of right vertebral artery stenosis were shown by MR angiography.The total detection rate of stenosis was 90.0%.There was no significant difference between DSA and DSA (P>0.05).Conclusion MRI angiography can be used for early identification and diagnosis of suspected intracranial artery stenosis in clinic.It has high detection accuracy,simple operation and can be widely used as the preferred examination method.
